Our camps include vendors and local community agencies (i.e. fire and police departments) that visit our centers providing entertainment and instructive opportunities for our campers. The children will conduct science projects, dramatic plays, cooking projects, and also take field trips that allow them to enhance their curiosity and creativity. The children and families are provided with a summer calendar that outlines all scheduled events and activities.
The Spring Program is a week-long camp for children to participate in curriculum-based lessons that will bring them enjoyment and excitement. Our mini-camp program will give children the opportunity to partake in art activities, spring crafts, egg decorating and hunt, outdoor sports activities and more. Children will create memorable moments before they head back to their structured school environment.
Our Special Programs are customized to meet the needs of children of different ages. We offer full and part time schedules. For details, please contact the center of your choice. Information regarding our Special Programs will be available at least one month prior to the scheduled break.
For winter break Maple Lawn Montessori offers a mini-camp program that provides similar activities as the summer program tailored to the season and duration. Imagine a classroom which is not just four walls and a blackboard. Imagine taking your children on a thrilling ride, right from the comfort & safety of their seats. Imagine a place where magic happens. But how will the children learn, you ask? Well now, having an adventure while learning is very much real…
Holistic development in children focuses on addressing all of the needs of a child’s life: emotional, physical, relational, intellectual, creative and spiritual. This perspective to development encourages caregivers and teachers to look at the child as a whole and not focus on the individual parts.
With our captivating content, the children are not just involved but also enjoy learning. Apart from the standard subjects, we offer many more modules which focus on the all-round development of the child.
SMARTBooks are the books which will enable your children to learn how to pronounce English properly, while having fun at the same time. You only have to place the Smart Pen on the SMARTBooks. The pen reads the text and reproduces the voice of the character as well as other features of the pages. The SMARTBooks are designed for children from the age of one year onwards.
